Food preparation and dining services are facilitated by ourstudents as part of their course studies.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our lunch buffet this semester!Our buffet service has now concluded for the summer, but we're excited to announce that it will be returning this fall. Once our Culinary Management students are back in the kitchen, they'll be preparing and serving a delicious lunch buffet showcasing the skills and flavours they've developed throughout the semester.Stay tuned—our fall buffet dates will be posted as soon as they become available. Restaurant International is now closed for the summer semester.We will be closed from June 27 through September 21 and will reopen for lunch service only on Tuesday, September 22.Lunch service will be offered Tuesday through Friday, four days a week, as our talented Hospitality and Culinary students return for another semester of hands-on learning.We look forward to welcoming our guests back this fall for another semester of exceptional food, hospitality, and student-led dining experiences at Restaurant International!
