Food preparation and dining services are facilitated by ourstudents as part of their course studies.
Our Grab and Go Savoir Fare program lets foodies, both within our community and the public, enjoy fan favorites crafted by the talented students of Algonquin College’s Culinary, Pastry Arts, and Hospitality programs.
Join us at Restaurant International for a lunch-only buffet prepared and served by our Culinary Management students, inspired by our à la carte menu.Offered Monday to Friday during the weeks of April 6 and April 13, this buffet showcases the skills and flavours students have mastered throughout the term. Friday, April 17 is the final day to enjoy the series.
Our 4th-level culinary students will commence their Capstone Menus on March 10 — a special dining experience where each graduating student designs and executes their own three-course menu. Capstone dinners are offered during dinner service five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday, with the final evening of service on April 18. Please note that Capstone dinner nights rotate weekly, with a different student menu showcased each time — so every visit is a new experience.
