Our 4th-level culinary students are currently presenting their Capstone Menus — a special dining experience where each graduating student designs and executes their own three-course menu.
Please note that Capstone dinner nights rotate weekly, with a different student menu showcased each time — so every visit is a new experience!

Each buffet is carefully prepared and served by our students as part of their final practical experience, showcasing a wide range of dishes, flavours, and techniques they’ve mastered throughout the term.
